(1) Pour the mixture into the bowl: A. For frosting recipe add 140/150 ml of milk; B. for cake filling add 180/190 ml of milk; C. For ganache for macarons add 80/90 ml of milk; (2) Whisk for about 1 minute. (3) Fill the pastry bag with the mixture and decorate.
Suggestions: ideal as decoration for cupcakes and muffins but can also be used to fill cakes or macarons.
