PREPARATION

(1)  Add to the mixture 340 ml of warm water and 8 g of extra virgin olive oil. (2) Mix with a mixer for 5 minutes, grease hands and put the dough in a well-oiled container until it doubles its volume. (3) Dust the table with rice flour, pour the risen dough and knead it with hands, then divide it into portions. (4) Put the buns on the baking tray with baking paper or rice flour, let them rise again and  (5) put in the oven at 190°C for 25-30 minutes until they become brown.
What to add: 340 ml of warm water, 8 g of extra virgin olive oil.
Buckwheat Bread

BUCKWHEAT BREAD

PREPARATION

(1)  Add to the mixture 340 ml of warm water and 8 g of extra virgin olive oil.
