PREPARATION
(1) Pour 150 g of powder mix in a bowl and add 100 ml of water. Mix and leave for about 1 hour. (2) Whip 180 g of softened butter for about 2 minutes. (3) Add half of the mixture to the previously whipped butter and whip it again until it is well absorbed. Finally, add the rest of the mixture and whip again for other 5 minutes.
Suggestions: the Butter Cream can be used for finishing and decorating cupcakes and cakes.
What to add: 100 ml water, 180 g of butter.
